Privacy & cookie policy
Mazidi LTD, 25 Dickens Drive, Addlestone, United Kingdom KT15 1AW, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Contact us at manager@mazidi.org with any privacy question or request.
Data we collect from enquiries
- Quotation and contact forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, destination port, selected products and message.
- Purpose: to prepare your quotation, arrange samples and shipping, and answer your enquiry.
- Retention: enquiries are kept for as long as needed for the commercial relationship and any legal or accounting obligation.
- Recipients: our export team and our manufacturing partner Fakhar Group where a production or shipping order requires it. We never sell your data.
Advertising cookies and measurement
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which advertising leads to quotation requests and contact enquiries. When you accept cookies, Google receives a cookie identifier, the page you were on, and the fact that a quotation or contact enquiry was submitted. This is used for advertising measurement and campaign optimisation. The data is shared with Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, which may process it outside your country.
- We do not send your name, email address, phone number or any other customer identifier to Google.
- In the United Kingdom, the EEA and Switzerland these cookies are only set if you accept them in our cookie banner. If you reject, no advertising cookies are set and no measurement events are sent.
- Outside those regions the measurement runs by default; you can still refuse it at any time using the button below, and we honour recognised opt-out signals.
- Google's own handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Opening cookie settings keeps your current choice until you change it. Changes apply immediately.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email manager@mazidi.org and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EEA, to your national data protection authority.
