Contractors need materials that arrive against a programme date with the paperwork a site or architect will accept. Mazidi LTD coordinates factory production and shipping from the UK and Dubai so your tiling package is quoted, confirmed and delivered as one line in your procurement schedule.
Prices are quoted per square metre at factory (ex-works) level; freight, insurance, duties and VAT are added for the delivered price.

Technical documentation
Each range is produced to EN 14411 and ISO 13006 with CE conformity. Ask for the relevant certificates and technical data sheet when you request a quotation.
Slip and abrasion classes confirmed per product
Slip resistance and abrasion classification vary by finish and size, so we confirm the exact class for the specific product code you are ordering rather than the range in general.
Site delivery via importer of record
Containers are shipped to your nominated port; your importer of record or freight forwarder then handles customs clearance and onward delivery to site.
Construction companies specifying tiled finishes for housing, commercial fit-out or infrastructure projects need a supply chain that will not become the critical path. We work from confirmed factory pricing per square metre, so your quantity surveyor can lock a tiling cost early in the tender or procurement process.
Because Fakhar Group manufactures under EN 14411 and ISO 13006 with CE conformity, the certification your project's specification or building control requires is already built into production, not added afterwards.
Grades A, AA and B are quoted separately, which helps on projects where budget tiles are needed for back-of-house areas alongside a higher calibre grade for public-facing finishes, all sourced from the same collection for a consistent look.
A 20 ft container carries roughly 900–1,200 m² and a 40 ft container roughly 2,000–2,400 m², so once your take-off is complete we can advise the right container mix for a single trade package or phased deliveries across a larger contract.
