Prices are quoted per square metre at factory (ex-works) level; freight, insurance, duties and VAT are added for the delivered price.

20 mm outdoor tiles

Consistent batches across phases

Hotels, offices and retail fit-outs are judged on finish quality as much as function, and the tile package is usually one of the most visible material choices in the building. Because production runs to EN 14411 and ISO 13006 with CE conformity, the certification a hotel operator's technical due diligence or an architect's specification requires is already documented at the point of manufacture.
Large commercial projects are rarely delivered in one shipment. We record the production reference behind each order so that a second or third delivery — for a later floor, wing or phase — can be matched against the batch already installed, reducing visible variation across a finished scheme.
Grade A and AA pricing is quoted separately, letting a project specify its highest calibre grade for guest-facing areas while sourcing a more economical grade from the same collection for back-of-house or staff areas.
